We would like to reassure patients that our practitioners are keeping fully up-to-date with all current guidance from Public Health England, the General Osteopathic Council, our insurers and the Institute of Osteopathy.
Enhanced infection prevention control measures remain in place. We have recently received advice from our insurers that masks are now no longer a requirement, but we will, of course, continue to wear PPE (masks, gloves etc.) for patients who would prefer it.
All patients will continue to be triaged before attending face-to-face appointments and need to answer pre-screening questions so symptomatic patients do not attend clinic. Practitioners will wear PPE on a risk assessment basis only. We will continue to offer free masks for all patients visiting the clinic who would prefer to wear one.
We look forward to seeing you soon, and thank you for your ongoing support and trust over the last 2 ½ years,
