We would like to reassure patients that our practitioners are keeping fully up-to-date with all current guidance from Public Health England, the General Osteopathic Council, our insurers and the Institute of Osteopathy.
Enhanced infection prevention control measures remain in place, and all current treatment is carried out with the required PPE (masks, gloves etc.). All patients are triaged before attending face-to-face appointments and must answer pre-screening questions so symptomatic patients do not attend clinic. Practitioners continue to wearing PPE during treatment as this is a medical setting, and we will offer free masks for all patients visiting the clinic. It is highly likely that our practitioners will wear PPE for the foreseeable future.
